Al Ghousia Hyderabadi Yakhni Pulao is a very popular food in New Karachi. It’s made with rice, raisins, and carrots and includes mutton, beef, or lamb. It’s a very light dish cooked in a traditional pot-cooked way made using original spices and age-old recipes which lend a unique savory taste.

Dhoraji’s Ice Cream Thali

A shop in Karachi’s Dhoraji area has come out with a new concept called ‘Ice Cream-Thali’, an ice cream platter just like the usual ‘Thali’ served with a variety of food items.
The items on the platter include chocolate, strawberry, pistachio, Kulfa and Karachi’s favourite Gola Ganda. The shop is serving this ‘Ice Cream Thalli’ at price of Rs500, and it’s worth it.

Located at Gulshan-e-Iqbal’s KDA Market, Mamu Pulao serves the best channa pulao on a motorcycle. Mammu Pulao serves pulao from 11 am to 4 pm. A plate of channa pulao costs from Rs50 to Rs100.
