On Saturday, Morocco pulled off another shock upset beating Portugal 1-0 in the quarterfinal to become the first ever African and an Arab nation to reach a FIFA World Cup Semi-final. No Arab or African team has ever made it beyond this stage of a World Cup.

Taking to Twitter, Imran Khan felicitated Morocco over its win against Portugal to reach the semi final of the world cup. He said ‘first time an Arab, African and a Muslim had reached a FIFA World Cup semi final.
