The owner of KUBS BaBa Khan Canteen told MM News that her mother started making this dish first.
In 2019, we started making “Khausas”, and people are liking it, it is spicy, it is prepared with our homemade spices, by the grace of Allah, it has become famous all over Karachi and we deliver the dish too.
He said that spaghetti is added first, then coconut cress is added, then our chicken korma which we have prepared with spicy spices is added with the papadi. Coriander, lemon, chaat masala are also added to the fried spaghetti for crispy.
The special thing about it is that we present it to the customers with home spices, taking care of cleanliness, which by the grace and grace of Allah is liked by the eaters.
He said that the house items here are prepared by them and brought from home including fried items, in which cheese samosas, cheese rolls, burgers and others.
He said that not only Karachi University but students from other universities also come to eat it.
