KARACHI: In one of the most tragic incident of this year, two telecom workers were lynched by mob in city’s Machar Colony area after being branded as kidnappers. The victims were identified as Engineer Muhammad Ayman Javed, son of Saeed Javed, and Muhammad Ishaq Panhwar, son of Muhammad Haroon, the driver.
The police also confirmed that the victim’s vehicle, bearing registration number ALB- 946, was also set on fire.

The news of the tragic lynching spread like a wildfire on mainstream and social media. The family members of the deceased after coming to know about the incident rushed to Civil Hospital, Karachi, and demanded justice.
MM News has learnt that Javed was the youngest among his four siblings and an engineering graduate from the University of Sindh. He hailed from Thatta and residing in North Karachi.

The driver Ishaq hailed from Naushehro Feroze and had been working as a driver at the telecommunication company for last four to five months. He was the father of two girls, one of whom was born recently, and a boy.
