ISLAMABAD: There has been significant progress in trade relations between Pakistan and Turkey.
According to the details, sources said that a preferential trade agreement has been reached between Pakistan and Turkey, which will be formally signed today.
According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce, the Turkish Minister of Commerce, Dr. Muhammad, has arrived in Pakistan on a two-day official visit.

Yesterday Federal Minister of Commerce Syed Naveed Qamar and government officials gave a red carpet welcome to the Turkish Minister at Islamabad Airport. The federal minister also presented a bouquet to the official guest. The Turkish minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Trade says that the Turkish Minister of Trade has arrived in Pakistan for the ceremony of the preferential trade agreement. According to sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also participate in the signing ceremony of the trade agreement.
