LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice president Maryam Nawaz has promised to save the people from suffering, saying that Punjab CM Hamza Shahbaz is going to give a big relief package on Monday to the people of Punjab, and prosperity will come soon in the province.
Addressing a rally in Dharampura ahead of PP-158 Lahore by-election, she said that the incumbent government increased the prices of petrol and diesel with a heavy heart, adding that due to the IMF agreement we left with no choice because country was on verge of bankruptcy due to PTI government agreement with IMF.

Regarding current power outages, she said during Nawaz Sharif worked day and night to overcome the load shedding and he succeeded but Imran Khan’s delayed and incompetent decisions put the country again in darkness.
Taking a dig at PTI chairman, she said that after ouster of his government, Imran Khan has lost his senses, adding that he was run by the ‘neutrals’ but now he is running hatred campaigns against them.
“Imran Khan snatched Punjab’s resources, he is one of the biggest enemies of Punjab but on July 17 PMLN will end his political career“ Maryam said.
The PML-N vice president went on to say that Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif will steer the country out of the crisis, adding that the government will decreases price of petroleum products once the prices came down in the international market.
