Is drinking coffee good for health? Here’s what science says

Coffee is a favourite beverage whose consumers feel full after drinking the beverage and drinking a cup of coffee makes them feel like their body is full of energy.

Let’s see what science says about coffee:

According to a study by a Spanish researcher, drinking coffee can keep a man away from many diseases.

The European Society of Cardiology surveyed approximately 20,000 people in all European countries with an average age of 37 years and 8 months. For 17 days, they drank an average of 4 cups of coffee a day, with a 64 percent lower chance of sudden death for any reason than those who did not drink coffee.

When experts analyzed the relationship between daily coffee intake and general health, it was found that excessive consumption of 2 cups of coffee per day reduced the chances of sudden death by 22 percent. For people 45 years of age or older, the same benefit of consuming 2 cups of extra coffee was found to be up to 30 percent.

Depression reduction

Look at him nowadays he seems to be suffering from depression and some people even commit suicide due to depression.

The Archives of General Medicine studied 86,000 female nurses for 10 years and found that they had a lower rate of suicidal ideation.

Another study found that people who drank four cups or more of coffee had a 20 percent lower risk of developing depression.

Useful for teeth

Regarding the benefits of coffee, researchers have discovered that black coffee is very useful for teeth.

Research in Brazil has shown that if black coffee is consumed without milk and sugar, teeth can be prevented from weakening and decaying. Lack of heart disease

Complaints of heart disease are seen by most people nowadays and especially the elderly people have a lot of complaints.

A study on coffee found that some participants were given three to five cups of coffee a day, with a significantly lower risk of early heart disease.

Reducing the risk of diabetes

Research from the Archives of Internal Medicine shows that people who drink 6 or more cups of coffee a day have a 22 percent lower risk of developing diabetes.

According to a recent study by Dr. Frank, a professor at Harvard University, people who drink coffee once a day have a 9 percent lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Growth of nerve cells

It is also very useful for the growth and development of brain cells.

These cells produce energy that keeps the mind healthy and energetic. Coffee also includes benefits such as better memory and faster response.

If you are going to take an exam, try a cup of coffee beforehand, you can be sure that it will make your brain work better.
