In the 21st century, medical sciences, like other disciplines, have come a long way, and over time, many theories have been disproved and replaced by new ones. Experts said that eating more vegetables than meat does not prevent heart disease.

According to the details, it is important to eat a lot of vegetables to maintain a balanced diet and avoid various diseases, however, experts say that a diet rich in vegetables can reduce the risk of heart disease, no evidence has been found.

Researchers said that reducing the risk of heart disease by eating vegetables seems understandable at first glance because vegetables contain vitamins and other nutritional properties that can prevent lip disease, but this is not the case.

Experts said that so far the current research offers conflicting results compared to the evidence of previous studies on the overall effect of vegetables. Excessive consumption of vegetables does not reduce heart disease, said Frontiers in Nutrition.

According to a recent study, the risk of dying from heart disease is reduced by about 15% to 15% in people who consume more vegetables. However, when the potential social, economic, and pharmacological complex factors were taken into account, the effect was minimal.

Dr Qi Feng, a researcher at the Nuffield Department of Population Health at the University of Oxford, said the new study did not provide evidence of the protective effects of vegetable consumption on the presence of heart disease, and the need for further research on the subject could not be ruled out.
