PCOS have become common among women in Pakistan. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that affects a woman’s hormone levels.
Women with PCOS are more likely to develop certain serious health problems. These include type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, problems with the heart and blood vessels, and uterine cancer, and inability to get pregnant.
There is currently no cure for PCOS, and it does not go away on its own. However, taking this special medicine can control not only PCOS but also improve hormonal imbalance, lower insulin levels and manage weight.
All you need is:
Daar Cheeni powder 
Saunf (fennel seed) powder 
Mulethi (Yashtimadhu) 
Asgand Nagori powder 
Methi Dana
How to make:
Take a bowl in which you can mix these ingredients.
Place half a teaspoon of Daar Cheeni in a bowl.
Add one teaspoon of saunf in a powder form in the bowl.
Then add Mulethi one teaspoon.
Add 5 to 6 sticks of Asgand Nagori.
Add two teaspoons of Methi Dana.
Mix all these ingredients well and grind them all together until it turns into powder form.
Take half a teaspoon of this magic medicine 30 minutes after breakfast or sehri and half a teaspoon between asr and maghrib prayers.
Useful tips:
Exercise regularly.
Eat a balanced diet.
Eat broccoli, bitter gourd (karela), spinach (palak), blueberries, cucumber, and green vegetables.
Avoid red meat.
Avoid eating rice.
Include protein and omega-3 in your diet more.
