“Pizza enthusiasts usually order pizza fries and for those who don’t like bread in pizza, we have made a new dish by putting some more fries at the bottom which people love very much,” they added. The shop offers fries at different prices, starting from Rs100 to Rs350.
Dawn Fried Chicken
Sprinkled with hot sriracha powder, cheese and beautifully crisp and soft inside, the cheese fries at Dawn Fried Chicken are divine. Situated in Karachi’s Bihar Muslim Society, the shop has introduced a new variety called mug fries that you won’t find anywhere else in the city.
The staff at the shop said, “We half-fry the chips first and then fry them again. Later, we add some spices and put them in the mug, after which we add the sauces.”
“Sausages are usually placed on top of the fries, but we add layers of sausages, which adds flavor to the fries,” he added.

Chips Adda
This joint has its own uniqueness. Situated at Karachi’s Landhi Town, Chips Adda has been captivating citizens for 22 years with chit-patted chutney fries. The owner of the shop said, “Everyone is selling fries today, but our taste and quality are different.”
The owner said, “After cutting the potatoes, we first half-fry them with different spices, then cool and dry them and then fry them again.”
“We prepare the spices ourselves due to which people from all over the city come to try our fries, we offer fries to the citizens for Rs. 100 to 300,” he added.
