Turkish actress Esra Bilgic has finally broken silence over the trolls moral policing her dress choices.
Esra, who essayed the lead role of Halime Sultan in Turkish historic series ‘Diriliş: Ertuğrul’, responded to a user who criticised her choice of dress.
This happened when a social media user taunted the Turkish actress in the comment section of a recent Instagram post: “Please don’t wear such dresses Halima Baji, not good,” with an angry emoji.
Responding to the comment, Esra wrote: “Let me give you a little advice: Don’t follow me. Thank you.”
The comment comes after months of moral policing on Bilgic’s photographs, ranging from comments about her dressing to how she must cover herself due to her on-screen character.
After the comments, she has chosen to turn off comments on her posts after being at the receiving end of Pakistani fans who questioned her clothing.
