ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will chair the federal cabinet meeting today to discuss a 13-point agenda today.
The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s office in Islamabad at 12 pm. The prime minister will discuss the country’s political and economic situation.
Several ministers will attend the cabinet meeting via video link. During the meeting, the chairman CDA will give a briefing on the operation against encroachments on Margalla Road. The cabinet had directed to remove the encroachments on Margalla Road. Moreover, the IG will give a briefing on measures taken against the Occupy Mafia on the outskirts of Islamabad.

There will be a briefing on outsourcing to major airports in Pakistan and the cabinet will decide to extend the suspension of pilots’ licenses. Reconstitution of the Board of Administrators of the Export Development Fund is also on the agenda of the meeting.
The Cabinet Chairman will approve the second extension of the NIRC contract. The cabinet meeting also includes the appointment of the CEO of Pak Arab Refinery Limited.
