KARACHI: Famous Pakistani Singer and actor Ali Zafar has released the deleted scene from his film ‘Teefa In Trouble’.
On a social media website Twitter, Ali Zafar shared the video and said the scene was deleted to contain the overall length of the film.
He further said, “I wrote this scene in 2017. While writing the character of “Anya”, I wanted the heroin to be empowered, independent & free as to being timid and submissive”.
“I feel it is important that (through this medium) we educated our masses about freedom of choice regardless of gender,” Ali Zafar added.

Teefa in Trouble a romantic action comedy film was released in 2018. The film was a directorial debut of Ahsan Rahim, who is known for directing music videos and television commercials with several Pakistani artists under his Tadpole Films banner.
It stars Ali Zafar and Maya Ali, both of whom made their Pakistani film debuts. Pre-production work began in 2016 when Zafar, Rahim and Danyal Zafar wrote the story and screenplay.
Principal photography took place in Lahore and Warsaw between 18 February and 26 July 2017. It became the third Pakistani film to cross the ₨50 crore mark despite facing protests and film piracy afterward.
