The unexpected demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has shocked the film industry. A 34-years-old actor who committed suicide was battling depression. Depression is a common mental disorder. Globally, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from it.
Depression is often a silent killer, a mood disorder, yet, many people who suffer from mental health disorder never seek help during their entire lives.
