KARACHI: Governor Sindh Imran Ismail has said that the PTI-led federal government was providing all possible support to the business community.
The statement came during the meeting in Governor House today (Monday). Imran Ismail chaired the meeting.
Finance Advisor Dr. Hafeez Sheikh, Advisor on Commerce Abdul Razzaq Daud, Advisor for Principles Dr Ishrat Hussain, Petroleum Advisor Nadeem Babar and Chairman FBR also attended the meeting via video link.
Business community leaders Siraj Qasim Teli, Aqeel Karim Dhedi, Sardar Yasin Malik and Mahmood Moulvi also attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed the problems faced by the industries in the recent situation of lockdown.
Governor Ismail has assured that Prime Minister Imran Khan will soon announce a relief package for all the sectors.
Governor Ismail further said that along with preventing the coronavirus, the welfare of the public and providing services to the business community are government’s priorities.
He also said that the government was realizing the difficulties faced by the people, adding that one lakh ration bags would be distributed in collaboration with Saylani welfare.
On the occasion, Finance Advisor Dr. Hafeez Sheikh said that the federal government is aware of the difficulties faced by the business community.
He also said that the government will talk to NDMA regarding the concerns of the hotel industry.
