ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in Kabul – which resulted in a loss of several precious lives.
According to a statement released by Foreign Office of Pakistan, the FO spokesperson said, “Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have suffered in this tragedy.”
The Foreign Office said, “We are relieved that the leadership has remained unharmed.”
The Foreign Office further said that Pakistan has consistently supported a negotiated political solution of Afghan conflict.
“Pakistan urges all the parties to work together in a constructive spirit for establishing durable peace and stability in Afghanistan,” FO added.
Earlier today, At least 27 people have been killed and another 29 injured in after a political ceremony was attacked by a gunman.
The ceremony was attended by high-level officials including Afghan Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah.
