RAWALPINDI: The 13th match between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 5 has been called off due to heavy rain.
As per details, it has been continuously raining in Rawalpindi since last night. Some reports revealed that few more PSL matches will be interrupted in the city due to bad weather.
Both of the teams shared a point each after the match being called off. Multan Sultans retained top spot on the points table after a convincing win over second-placed Quetta Gladiators.
Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi are placed third and fourth respectively with five points each.
Karachi Kings are placed fifth with two points while Lahore Qalandars settle for the last position with no win so far.
