Lahore Qalandars’ fast bowler Haris Rauf was ruled out for two to three matches of the ongoing Pakistan Super League season 5 because of a right foot injury.
According to a press release issued by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Haris Rauf experienced pain on the inner side of his right heel after the match against Islamabad United.
The PCB said, “Though his scans ruled out any fractures there certainly is a stress reaction.”
The Pakistan Cricket Board advised Haris Rauf to rest for two to three matches.
Fast Bowler Salman Irshad – who played three PSL matches for Lahore – has replaced Haris Rauf for the given timeframe.
Haris Rauf took 20 wickets for Melbourne Stars in the recent Big Bash League in Australia.
