Lahore: A T-20 match between Lahore Qalandars and Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium (today) on Friday at 6 pm.
Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) led by former Sri Lankan cricketer Kumar Sangakkara arrived in Lahore yesterday. The MCC team landed in Pakistan after 48 years on a seven-day tour.
It is noteworthy, that Kumar Sangakkara is visiting Pakistan after a gap of eleven years. He was part of the Sri Lankan cricket squad that was a victim of the terrorist attack in Lahore in 2009.
The team of MCC will play three T20 and a single one-day match. One-day match between Pakistan Shaheens and MCC team is scheduled on February 16 at Aitcheson College Lahore.
The T20 matches will be played on February 17 and 19 at the same venue.
