ISLAMABAD: President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi has said that those found responsible for the wheat and sugar crisis will be sent home.
Talking to media in Islamabad, The President said that strict and departmental actions will be taken against the responsible of the wheat and sugar crisis.
Referring to his statements about the wheat crisis, he said that media has distorted his statements, adding that it was media responsibility to present a true picture of the situation.
President Alvi assured that the government was taking effective measures to overcome the wheat and sugar crisis in the country.
Commenting on inflation, President Alvi said that inflation had increased after withdrawing subsidy on electricity and other things.
