ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday lauded the Turkish support over the Kashmir issue.
While chairing a meeting on arrangements for the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan PM said that both the countries shared relations of historic importance.
Prime Minister Khan said that Pakistan and Turkey stood up shoulder by shoulder in all hard times. He said that Pakistan and Turkey shared brotherly relations adding that they would carry on supporting each other.
During the meeting, important matters including the bilateral relations between both countries were also discussed by the PM for highlighting during the Turkish President’s visit to Islamabad.
President Erdogan’s visit to Islamabad is of great importance, the PM said. He also urged on strengthening economic and trade relations with Turkey.
