LAHORE: An anti-terrorism tribunal on Saturday postponed the announcement of judgment in two of the claimed terror funding cases against Hafiz Muhammad Saeed and his Jamatud Dawa (JuD) colleagues.
The tribunal will now first decide on a recent application lodged by the lawyers of the accused requesting collective judgments in all the cases filed against them after the trials are finished.

A prosecutor objected to the appeal and claimed that the court should announce the decision in cases where appeals had been ended. However, the court postponed the judgment till Feb 11 and asked for arguments from both sides regarding the application.
Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) had filed 23 cases against the JuD members on allegations of terror funding.
