Former Pakistani batsman Ramiz Raja has said, “Babar Azam is a young captain and should act brave in the captaincy.”
While reviewing on Pakistan’s performance, Ramiz Raja has said that Pakistan T20I captain Babar Azam should challenge himself and should act as a fearless captain which can challenge the opposition.
Commenting on Muhammad Hafeez and Shoiab Malik, Ramiz Raja said that both of the cricketers have passed their prime times. He asked the general public for their opinion on inclusion of Hafeez and Malik in ICC T20 World Cup squad.
The renowned commentator said, “We should experiment youngsters in T20 cricket instead of old cricketers, it seems like Pakistan Cricket Board is focused on wining rather than long-term goals.”
Ramiz Raja further said that the Head Coach and the Chief Selector of Pakistan Cricket Team, Misbah-ul-Haq should select younger players in T20 squads but he had opted negative approach.
