KARACHI: Karachi Badminton Association organized the Karachi open badminton championships.
The brilliant student of Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, Maaz Ali has won the open badminton championship. He defeated Faraz Khurshid in the men’s singles final.
Men’s singles final was played between Syed Maaz Ali and Faraz Khurshid in which Maaz Ali game outstanding performance and defeated the opponent with 2-1. Syed Maaz Ali is a student at Sir Syed University, 2016 batch in the Computer Engineering Department.
Jawaid Anwar, Chancellor of Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr. Vali Uddin, Registrar Syed Sarfaraz Ali, Convener Sports Waqas Javed Bukhari, Acting Convener Qazi Nasar Abbas and Sports Director Mubashir Mukhtar congratulated Maaz Ali for his shining performance and wish him, prospering future.
