KARACHI: Vice-Chancellor (VC) Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL) Justice (r) Dr Rana Muhammad Shamim has said the life-style of Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is a complete code of life and a guarantee for those who cherish a wish to enter Paradise.
He was speaking as the Chief Guest at the Seerat (PBUH) Conference held at SZABUL as a part of the student week 2020. Former Federal Secretary Information and Chief Commissioner Muhammad Azam was the guest of the honor at the conference.
The Vice-Chancellor assured the students that every possible step would be taken to promote co-curricular activities like Student Week at SZABUL. He said the law university had well-qualified faculty and the day was not far when it would earn a reputation at the international level.
Guest of honor Muhamad Azam Khan said Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was Sadiq (Truthful) and Ameen (Trustworthy) not only for the Muslims but for non-believers as well. “If we initially follow just these two qualities of our prophet (PBUH) we will lay the foundation of “Riya sat-e-Madina”, he added.
The conference culminated with award of commemorative shields to the guests. The student week, which encompasses different activities like a tournament, indoor games, musical evening and Sindhi Cultural Day, will conclude on Saturday.
