LAHORE: Actress Fiza Ali has revealed that Anchor turned politician Aamir Liaquat Hussain proposed to her before he got married to Tuba Aamir.
Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s second marriage to Tuba Aamir created quite a buzz earlier in 2018. The popular host tied the knot for the second time to Tuba last year in November.
In a recent interview, Fiza Ali revealed that a few years back Aamir had proposed her when he was not married to Tuba.

She told, “We were not going out or anything. I was in Karachi for work. Aamir had heard about my divorce and asked me to marry him. I was not in a good place at the time and did not make much of his proposal.”
She added, “Later, I heard that Aamir and Tuba had gotten married. They’re both friends; I was very happy for them although I got busy and did not get a chance to congratulate them.”
Earlier, Aamir and Tuba made an appearance at Fiza’s talk show, where the former anchor himself revealed that Fiza was supposed to be his wife but she denied his proposal. Although it wasn’t entirely clear whether the religious scholar was only joking or being serious.
