ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Zubair Mahmood Hayat on Saturday said that students must increase efforts to obtain an educational degree.
General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, while addressing an event urged the students to focus on their character building.
General Zubair Mahmood Hayat said, “Students will have to increase efforts for building their character, otherwise, the educational degrees would not possess any importance.”

He added that he was not talking about the character which a person himself sees but the one that would be witnessed by the world.
According to Zubair Hayat, positive behaviour, hard work, and passion are the keys to success.
CJCSC said, “The one is better which changes a challenge into a success and students should play their role in the country as an agent of change.”
General Zubair Mahmood Hayat is the 16th Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. He assumed office on 28 November 2016.
