ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on the 25th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre said that it is shocking how the international community allowed this killing.
In a video message, the prime minister said that he still remembers the day of the massacre in Srebrenica. “Today marks the 25th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica. Once Srebrenica was a safe haven for United Nations (UN) Peacekeepers and it is shocking how the international community allowed this massacre,” he said.
Moreover, while mentioning Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK), the prime minister said that 800,000 Indian troops have held millions of Kashmiris hostages.

“Kashmiris are facing immense difficulties today and there is a fear of a similar massacre in the valley. The international community must ensure that such incidents are not repeated. It is important that we learn a lesson from this,” he was quoted saying.
The prime minister also extended good wishes for the people of Bosnia on behalf of Pakistani people and the government.
