ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he will provide relief to the poor people by any means necessary.
PM Imran was chairing a high-level meeting in Islamabad today (Saturday). The meeting was attended by Adviser to the PM on Finance Dr. Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Hammad Azhar, Ali Haider Zaidi, Sania Nishtar, and the Utility Stores Corporation chairman.
During the meeting, important decisions were taken and the premier directed the economic team to lower the prices of essential commodities.
The prime minister further added that the government would provide financial assistance to the families who are unable to make ends meet.
He also assured that food items will be provided to the poorest under the government’s flagship Ehsas Programme.
PM Imran said that PTI’s top priority is to uplift the living standards of the underprivileged.
