ISLAMABAD: Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar has said that the Prime Minister wants to provide maximum relief to the people and the government is working in this regard.
Talking to a private media, he said the government wants to reduce electricity prices for the industrial sector. Expressing satisfaction over the overall delivery of CPEC projects the minister said PTI government wants to set up special economic zones in all the provinces.
He said the work for the establishment of Special Economic Zones in all the provinces is in progress and ML-1 is one of the mega projects of CPEC.
He said international level Special economic zones to be established in the second stage of CPEC, he added. Asad Umar said the agriculture sector would also be included in it and attention to be specified in the research area in agriculture development.
He further said the federal government was ready to give every kind of assistance to the Sindh government regarding the circular railway in the metropolis.
