ISLAMABAD: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) has decided to quit the ruling PTI and join hands with the joint Opposition to support their no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The development was confirmed by Pakistan People’s Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari via Twitter in the wee hours of Wednesday night.
“Rabta committee MQM & PPP CEC will ratify the said agreement. We will then share details with the media in a press conference tomorrow IA. Congratulations Pakistan,” the PPP chairman wrote.

The development was also confirmed by MQM-P Senator Faisal Sabzwari. “The agreement between the joint Opposition and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan has been finalised,” he Twetted.
