PUBG’s new player’s resemblance with Imran Abbas is uncanny ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has barred Prime Minister Imran Khan from attending a public meeting in Mansehra.
According to the statement, the prime minister’s visit to Mansehra was scheduled for March 25, but the ECP has barred the prime minister from attending the meeting as it would violate the code of conduct.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission has directed Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to cancel the prime minister’s visit to Mansehra. According to the code of conduct, public office holders are prohibited from attending rallies and public gatherings.
Earlier, the Election Commission of Pakistan had issued notices to PM Imran Khan and others for allegedly violating the code of conduct before the local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The ECP had sent notices to PM Imran Khan, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shah Farman, Chief Minister Mehmood Khan, and other federal ministers to attend a public meeting before the local body elections in Lower Dir.
The ECP also issued notices to Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Federal Ministers Murad Saeed, Pervez Khattak, and Provincial Minister Anwar Zeb Khan to visit Lower Dir to attend the public meeting. The second phase of KP local body elections will be held in the province on March 31.
