ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will meet the Awami National Party (ANP) President, Asfandyar Wali Khan on Sunday to discuss the anti-government ‘Azadi March’.
Today’s meeting comes with a primary discussion on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Fazlur-Rehman’s proposed anti-government ‘Azadi March’ and a possible lockdown of the federal capital on 27th October.
Besides, the sources familiar with the matter told the media that the two leaders of opposition parties will exchange their views on the current political scenario and economic state of the country.

Importantly, the meeting is also scheduled to examine the Kashmir dispute with India, the Afghan peace process and other regional issues.
On Thursday, JUI-F’s Rehman said during a press conference: “The current government is the result of a fake election and fake results all opposition parties had rejected the 25th July 2018 elections and had called for fresh elections.”
He mentioned that the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam and Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal had carried out 15 ‘million marches’ in the country to raise awareness among the people.
He said, “As a result of this illegal government and its incompetence, the state’s economy has sunk traders have shut down businesses as a consequence of heavy taxation.”
The JUI-F chief has been persuading other political parties to join his anti-government demonstration on 27th October.
