ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that the Sharif family almost bid farewell to politics.
In a tweet, Fawad Chaudhry wrote that those people who were following the steps of the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) party might want to know that the Sharif family only wanted to leave our family members to flee from Pakistan.

He further wrote that their politics have come to an end. Sharif family was only waiting for Hamza Shehbaz and Maryam Nawaz, he added.
Highlighting the federal government’s decision including the Exit Control List, Chaudhry said that if the state allows the Sharif family to travel abroad from by lifting their names from the no-ly list, they would leave the shoes and start racing.
Earlier yesterday, Chaudhry also wrote a letter to the Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser in which he requested to replace Shehbaz Sharif from his designation.
The federal minister said that Shehbaz Sharif had not been attending any parliamentary sessions since November last year.
He further said that either Shehbaz Sharif should be asked the exact date of his arrival or he should be replaced with immediate effect as he informed earlier he would arrive in February then later he extended his arrival to March.
