The Provincial Disaster Management Authority has released a report detailing losses caused by rainfall in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa since 25 March.
According to the authority, at least 45 people have lost their lives and 105 others have been injured in rain-related incidents.
A total of 442 houses have been damaged, including 382 partially and 60 completely destroyed.
The PDMA has directed district administrations in affected areas to ensure the prompt provision of relief supplies to victims.
The authority also warned that another spell of rain is expected across the province from 6 to 9 April.
Meanwhile, Peshawar Electric Supply Company officials stated that all feeders affected during the rainfall have been restored.
A total of 235 feeders had developed faults, and where possible, electricity was supplied through alternative routes.
