Telugu film stars Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have married in an intimate yet elegant ceremony in Udaipur, according to Indian media reports.
The couple exchanged vows at a luxury hotel, with the wedding conducted in line with Telugu traditions. In a nod to their respective family customs, the celebrations were planned in two distinct styles.
The first ceremony took place at 10:10am, following Vijay Deverakonda’s family traditions and Telugu rituals. A second ceremony is scheduled for the evening, during which rites will be performed in accordance with Rashmika Mandanna’s Coorg (Kodava) heritage. The occasion has therefore been described as a graceful blend of both families’ cultural traditions.
Pre-wedding festivities had reportedly been under way for the past three days. Among the highlights was a friendly cricket match between members of the two families, dubbed the “Virosh Premier League” — a playful reference combining the couple’s names. The wedding itself has similarly been referred to as the “Virosh Wedding”.
The event has been kept private, with around 100 guests in attendance, including close relatives, friends and selected figures from the film industry. Marked by understated arrangements and adherence to tradition, the ceremony has drawn considerable attention from fans and the media alike.
