Baby born on Rahman Baba Express during Karachi journey

A woman gave birth to a baby girl while travelling on the Rahman Baba Express, officials have confirmed.

Railway police said the train had stopped at Dhabeji Station due to an engine failure when the woman went into labour.

A doctor travelling on the train provided medical assistance during the delivery.

Both the mother and the newborn are reported to be out of danger, railway authorities added.
