Pakistan security forces have neutralised 12 terrorists in Balochistan and KP operations.
As per details, in a major counter-terrorism operation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Karak district, police have killed eight terrorists.
Regional Police Officer Kohat, Abbas Majeed Marwat, stated that following intelligence about terrorist presence in the mountainous areas of Karak’s Khurram police jurisdiction, security forces launched a targeted operation. During the operation, eight terrorists were killed and several others injured. One police officer sustained minor injuries.
In a separate operation in Balochistan’s Qalat area, security forces conducted an intelligence-based raid against four terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan, resulting in all four being killed.
According to ISPR, the terrorists were under Indian sponsorship. Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials were recovered from the deceased.
ISPR further confirmed that security forces effectively targeted terrorist hideouts, destroyed multiple mountain encampments, and ongoing clearance operations aim to eliminate remaining threats in the area.
