Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Saturday, tracking gains in the international market, while silver climbed to a record high.
In the domestic market, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs2,300 to Rs475,662.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold went up by Rs1,972 to Rs407,803, according to figures released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

A day earlier, on Friday, gold per tola had closed at Rs473,362 after registering a Rs500 increase.
In the international market, gold prices gained $23 to $4,533 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices surged by Rs462 to reach Rs8,407 per tola, marking a new all-time high.
