Recent reports indicate that actress Shilpa Shinde may return to the role of Angoori Bhabhi in the popular sitcom Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! .
Shinde, who originally played the character, is reportedly in talks with the producers for a possible comeback nearly a decade after her controversial exit.

Sources suggest that producers Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli are planning a major revamp of the show after a successful 10-year run. In an effort to revitalize the sitcom, they are considering bringing back the original cast members.
She cited “mental torture” and other issues with the producers. She claimed she was pressured to sign an exclusivity clause that would prevent her from appearing on other shows and alleged that she was owed money.
In 2017, Shinde filed a sexual harassment case against producer Sanjay Kohli, which he and his wife Binaiferr denied. The FIR was later retracted by Shinde in 2018.
After her exit, Shubhangi Atre took over the role of Angoori Bhabhi.

If Shinde rejoins, she is expected to replace Shubhangi Atre as Angoori Bhabhi.
The show’s reboot could include a fresh storyline and new characters.
Shinde later participated in and won the reality television show Bigg Boss 11 in 2018.
