The city of Dubai, synonymous with dazzling opulence and incredible craftsmanship, has shattered expectations by introducing the world’s heaviest gold dress, a new pinnacle in luxury fashion.
The “Dubai Dress,” the world’s heaviest gold dress, was unveiled at the 56th Middle East Watch and Jewellery Show in Sharjah, UAE, where it was officially recognized by Guinness World Records.
The dress, an ensemble of four pieces, weighs a total of 10.0812 kilograms (over 10 kg).

It is valued at approximately AED 4.6 million (around ₹9.5 to ₹11 crore or $1.088 million USD, depending on the current exchange rate).
The outfit is made from 21-carat gold and adorned with colorful precious stones.
It was designed and manufactured by the Saudi Arabia-based firm Al Romaizan Gold & Jewellery.
The entire ensemble includes a golden crown (398g), a statement necklace (8.8106 kg), earrings (134.1g), and a traditional waist ornament called a “Hiyar” (738.5g).

The creation of the dress involved over 980 hours of continuous work by skilled artisans.
The design draws heavily from authentic Emirati cultural heritage, featuring intricate patterns and carvings.
