Bodies of a husband, wife, and their four children have been recovered from a house in Khairpur. Among the murdered children was a girl, as reported by national media on Tuesday.
According to details, the bodies of a husband, wife, and four children were found from a house near Maryam Pur area of Khairpur. A report, quoting sources, claimed that the deceased woman was a psychiatric patient.
The woman gave sedative pills to all family members, making them unconscious, and then opened fire on them, killing everyone before shooting herself. Police said that further investigation into the incident is underway, according to the report.

Earlier, in the Pir Goth area of Khairpur, a heart-wrenching incident in the name of honor took place, where a man, with the help of his cousin, shot and killed his sister.
The deceased, Savera Lashari, was shot multiple times and died on the spot. This tragic incident has created an atmosphere of fear and panic in the area, according to the police.
