To mark 60 years of diplomatic friendship, the Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing, in collaboration with the China International Cultural Communication Center (CICCC), hosted a spectacular Pakistan-China Fashion Show at the iconic Great Wall of China on Monday.
The event showcased the best of Pakistani and Chinese fashion, with renowned Pakistani designers including Maheen Khan, Moazzam Abbasi, Ayesha Tariq, Rizwaullah, and Zain Hashmi presenting exclusive collections created especially for the occasion.

China-based Pakistani designer Aqeel Chaudhary also unveiled a stunning jewelry line, while celebrated Chinese designer Ms. Liang Suyun contributed her own signature collection. The show was curated by Mr. Adnan Ansari of Riwayat.

The event drew an audience of senior Chinese officials, members of the diplomatic community, business leaders, and media representatives.

Addressing the gathering, Ambassador Khalil Hashmi remarked that the majestic Badaling section of the Great Wall served as a fitting backdrop to celebrate the enduring spirit of the Silk Road—now reimagined as a modern tapestry of fashion, culture, and friendship. He also noted the historic significance of the occasion, which commemorates 60 years since the first Pakistani dignitary visited the Great Wall.
