Watermelon, Mangoes, Pineapples and Litchis are some of the summer fruits with a lot of water content. You can create a fruit smoothie with any one of the fruits or with all of them together. Add some yoghurt and ice cubes into the blender to get the best results.

Fruit smoothies are not only healthy for your body, but they are also very heavy and can work as a food replacement. A tumbler glass of fruit smoothie is all you need to make a hot day relatively seem better.

2) Coconut water

Do use coconut water but know this. What are the disadvantages of using it in excess?

One of the best and easiest ways to beat the heat and to stay hydrated is by drinking coconut water! Coconut water replaces the water content that is lost when you sweat during hot climate. This is one item that is easily available in many stores.

3) Lemon water

Not just the body, but our skin also becomes a victim of scorching heat in summer. High temperatures, sun and humidity can have a major impact on our skin and worsen it. Drinking lemon juice or adding some tablespoons of lemon juice to your food promotes better digestion, further leading to clear and acne-free skin.

4) Lassi

Lassi not only cools up the body from the heat, but it also unwinds the mind too. Originating in Asia, lassi is trending as a favorite non-alcoholic summertime beverage globally.

This drink has got everything that a person can ever wish for when it comes to a coolant as it is full of vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, and riboflavin. It eases the digestion process, helps in weight loss, and makes your immune system better.
