Regular consumption of milkless tea can significantly reduce the risk of cancer, milkless tea is also known as black tea. According to medical experts, regular consumption of black tea helps reduce the risk of the most common types of cancer.

The compounds and antioxidants found in black tea are helpful in reducing the risk of this life-threatening disease. According to Harvard Medical School’s Director of Nutritional and Lifestyle Psychiatry, the consumption of black tea reduces the risk of lung and breast cancer.

Hot tea should be used instead of iced tea to get the best medical benefits against cancer, as hot tea is more beneficial.

Protection of cells

Antioxidants are generally known as protectors of health because they reduce the damage caused to the body’s cells by free radicals, thereby protecting the human body from chronic diseases.

Antioxidants called polyphenols are found in tea, which play an important role in improving overall health. Apart from this, these antioxidants also help in reducing blood sugar levels.

Increase the strength of teeth

Tea contains antioxidants called flavonoids, which are believed to be beneficial for heart health. In addition to tea, these flavonoids are also found in vegetables, fruits, and dark chocolate.

Consuming these antioxidants regularly every day helps reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, and high cholesterol levels.

According to clinical research, regular consumption of tea for twelve weeks reduced blood sugar levels by thirty-six percent. Also, according to another medical study, consuming tea every day reduced the risk of heart disease by eleven percent.

Improved metabolism rate

The caffeine present in tea is believed to be useful in speeding up the process of metabolism and is also helpful in reducing fat. A hundred calories can be reduced every day with the help of tea.
