QUETTA: The University of Balochistan’s management has been criticized by students after it issued a notification to wear uniforms on campus as a measure to curb harassment.
The decision was taken by the management earlier on Monday that from next year onwards no student would be allowed to enter university premises without the uniform.

The measures were taken in light of the recent harassment cases against the university’s staff and administration.
The notification issued by the administration stated, “The uniform will be enforced on March 1, 2020, after which no student will be allowed to enter the university without it.”
However, students opposed the decision claiming that it would give rise to other problems.
