ISLAMABAD: At 36 new cases of coronavirus have been reported across the country, with no deaths reported due to the virus in the last 24 hours, but the condition of 76 patients is critical.
According to figures released by the National Institutes of Health, a total of 1,530,556 people were infected with the coronavirus, and 30,379 died of the virus across the country. The mortality rate remains at 2 percent.
On the last day, 14,635 tests were performed to diagnose coronavirus while the percentage of positive cases was 0.25 percent. The number of tests has increased to 286,37,708 while 76 patients of coronavirus are in intensive care.

In the last 24 hours, 51 patients with coronavirus have been cured across the country, bringing the total number of people who have been infected with the virus to 1,496,741. coronavirus’ active cases rose to 3,400.

Around 577,594 cases were reported in Sindh, 57,221 in Punjab, 219,696 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 135,422 in Islamabad, 35,501 in Balochistan, 43,337 in Azad Kashmir, and 11,749 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
In Punjab, 13,564 people died due to coronavirus. 8,106 civilians were killed in Sindh, 6,324 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 1,024 in Islamabad, 792 in Azad Kashmir, 378 in Balochistan, and 191 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
