Pakistan Peoples Party has formulated a new power-sharing formula which will be presented by his delegation in a meeting with Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz today.
According to details, PPP has formulated a new power-sharing formula under which four ministries and the post of chairman senate will be taken in Punjab while the post of governor of Punjab will be given to PML-N.

A dinner was given to senior party leaders at the house of PPP senior vice-chairman and former prime minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani in which Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf, Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood, Makhdoom Hassan Mehmood, Qamar Zaman Kaira, and Hassan Murtaza participated. On this occasion, the formula of power-sharing was also discussed among the PPP leaders.
According to media sources, PPP will have four ministries in the Punjab cabinet. The names of Hassan Murtaza as senior minister and Ali Haider Gilani, Mumtaz Chang, and Makhdoom Usman Mahmood for the other three ministers have been finalized. It was suggested that it was decided in principle to give the post of Governor of Punjab to PML-N. On the other hand, PPP leaders left for Faisalabad to attend the wedding of Raja Riaz’s son.
