Field Marshal Asim Munir held a meeting with Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, according to Iranian media reports.
A day earlier, the Field Marshal also met Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. During the meeting,
Araghchi thanked Pakistan for hosting negotiations, stating that both countries share a strong and mutual commitment to promoting peace and stability in the region, reflecting their deep bilateral ties.

According to the ISPR, the visit to Tehran is part of ongoing mediation efforts between the United States and Iran.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is also accompanying the Field Marshal during the visit.
