Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has warned that Pakistan will respond forcefully if India takes any aggressive action.
Speaking to the media in Sialkot, he alleged that India may attempt to stage a “false flag” operation by using the bodies of its own citizens or detained Pakistanis to create a narrative of terrorism.
He further claimed that India appears to be preparing for such an operation, adding that Pakistan has the capability to strike inside Indian territory if required.

He warned that any provocation would be met with a swift and decisive response.
The Defence Minister also stated that Pakistan is playing an important role in efforts related to US-Iran negotiations and expressed hope for a successful outcome.
